End of the Year reflection:
In the year of 2014, I wanted to be refined. One of my goals was that I was going to be a better person than the year before. I Over the year when I thought that I was slacking in a specific area I put my words into action and became a focused person not only academically but socially as well. I studied more than I did before, turned in my work on time, I was constantly doing community service and overall I had practiced being a good person and making smart decisions. For 2015 I have many goals. One of them being to push myself hard academically in order to get the best results possible. I didn't always stay after school to study or go to review sessions. I think that this could have helped increased my grade because I would have been going the extra mile, putting more work in and sacrificing my time for outside activities in order to do well. I something that was essential for me to succeed was time management and prioritizing. These skills are fundamental to success. Another goal for me next year is to help others. In the 11th grade 2013-14 I did do a lot of volunteer work but because I have a passion for helping and resolving problems I made a decision to join peer mediation if it was still going to be available for the 2015 year to join. I believe I can help with decreasing tension between students in the school and allow students having problems to talk about it in a safe space.
